TRS Rosecoco Beans (In Salted Water) are a ready-to-use, shelf-stable canned bean made from small, kidney-shaped rosecoco beans that have a light reddish-brown color and a creamy, slightly nutty flavor. The beans come pre-cooked and packed in salted water to preserve their natural taste and texture, making them a convenient pantry staple for quick meals. These beans are naturally rich in plant protein and dietary fiber, and they suit vegetarian and vegan diets. The product is supplied in a sealed can; please check the can for the printed best-before date and discard any cans that are severely dented, rusted, or swollen.

To use, simply open the can and drain; rinsing the beans under cold water will reduce excess salt and improve flavor if desired. Add them directly to salads or cold dishes, stir them into hot soups, stews, curries or rice dishes and simmer gently until heated through (about 5–10 minutes) to avoid breaking the beans apart. You can also lightly mash them for spreads, dips or bean burgers. After opening, transfer any unused beans and liquid to a non-metallic, covered container, refrigerate, and use within 3–4 days.
