Sugandha Kumkum No.4 Dark Red is a richly pigmented traditional kumkum powder that gives a deep, dark red hue ideal for religious and ceremonial use. The finely milled texture allows for smooth, even application and a matte finish on the forehead, idols and ritual items. It carries the mild, traditional fragrance associated with the Sugandha range and is presented in a secure container to protect it from moisture and contamination. The intense color is suitable for tilak, bindi, wedding ceremonies, festivals and daily puja, and it deposits evenly with minimal crumbling. As with all external cosmetic powders, it may stain fabrics and porous surfaces, so handle with care.

To use, take a small pinch of the powder with your fingertip, a kumkum applicator or a clean spoon and gently press it onto the centre of the forehead to form a neat dot, or draw a line for a tilak using your forefinger or a thin applicator. For larger designs or a paste-like consistency, mix a small amount of kumkum with a drop or two of water or oil and apply as needed; allow to dry naturally. To remove, wash the area with mild soap and water. Store the container in a cool, dry place with the lid closed, avoid contact with eyes, keep out of reach of children, and discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
