MTR Rice Idly is an instant mix that recreates the soft, fluffy idlis of traditional South Indian cuisine with convenience and consistent results. Prepared from finely milled rice and split black gram (urad dal), the mix is designed to produce light, spongy idlis that pair naturally with sambar and chutneys. It is ideal for quick breakfasts, light meals, or when you want authentic idli texture without the time-consuming process of soaking and long fermentation. The mix is shelf-stable and stores easily, making it a practical pantry staple for families and individuals who enjoy South Indian fare.

To prepare, transfer the required quantity of the mix to a bowl and gradually add water while stirring to form a smooth, lump-free batter of pouring consistency.
