How to use: To make rasam, prepare a tamarind or tomato base and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of MTR Rasam Powder per 250 ml (approximately one cup) of water or broth, adjusting the amount to suit your taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 3–5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld; season with salt as needed.
