Jumbo Cardomom Premium Quality (Elettaria cardamomum) is a carefully selected green cardamom known for its larger-than-average, plump pods and concentrated aromatic oil. The pods are bright to olive-green when fresh, containing numerous tiny dark-brown seeds that hold the spice’s true aromatic intensity. This premium grade is chosen for uniform size, intact husks and a clean, fresh aroma that combines floral, citrusy and warm spicy notes with a slightly menthol-like coolness.
