Hamdard Rooh Afza is a concentrated, non-alcoholic herbal and fruit-based syrup produced by Hamdard that is traditionally enjoyed as a cooling refreshment. It is known for its deep red colour and a sweet, floral taste derived from a blend of natural fruit and flower essences and herbal extracts, with characteristic floral notes commonly associated with rose and kewra in its traditional formula. Packaged as a ready-to-dilute concentrate, Rooh Afza is widely used across South Asia and beyond to make sharbat and other cold beverages, and it is often added to milk, desserts, ice creams and mocktails. The product is manufactured under quality-controlled conditions; store the bottle in a cool, dry place and refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness.

To use Rooh Afza, shake the bottle gently before opening and start by mixing about 1 tablespoon (approximately 15 ml) of syrup into a 250 ml glass of chilled water, stir well and add ice; adjust the amount to taste, using more for a sweeter, stronger drink. For a creamier option, mix 1–2 tablespoons into a glass of cold milk and stir until combined. Rooh Afza can also be stirred into sparkling water for a fizzy drink, layered into falooda or desserts, drizzled over ice cream, or used as a flavouring in mocktails; refrigerate after opening and use within a reasonable time for best quality.
